What is the difference between Standard Mix and Custom Colour Mix?

With Standard Mix, you choose the style and bundle size and Band Factory selects the colour mix from available stock. With Custom Colour Mix, you choose the exact available colours and quantities yourself.

How do I know whether I selected Flat, Twisted or Mixed?

Your selected style is shown in the sticky order bar while you build your bundle and again in the final summary. Mixed orders also show the Flat/Twisted split.

Can I change the style after choosing my bundle?

Yes. If you have already started a custom mix, the website asks you to confirm before resetting style-specific colour quantities.

Can I choose colours for a Standard Mix order?

No. Standard Mix is designed to be the easiest and lower-priced option, so Band Factory selects a mixed assortment from colours currently in stock.

Are there limits on Custom Colour Mix quantities?

Yes. Each bundle has a maximum number of pieces allowed per colour and a minimum number of colours required. The builder shows the exact rule for the bundle you select.

What happens if a colour is unavailable?

Only colours currently marked available can be selected for a Custom Colour Mix. Standard Mix orders are prepared from available colours at the time your order is processed.

Can I order more than 200 pieces?

Yes. For quantities above the listed bundles, contact Band Factory for a larger wholesale order.
