What is the difference between Standard Mix and Custom Colour Mix?
With Standard Mix, Band Factory selects a balanced assortment from available colours. With Custom Colour Mix, you choose the exact available colours and quantities within the bundle limits.
Can I order Smooth and Ribbed wholesale?
Yes. Smooth and Ribbed Hairbands both have wholesale options. Smooth lets you choose Flat, Twisted or Mixed styles. Ribbed also lets you choose Flat, Twisted or Mixed. Cherry Milk, Navy Milk and Noir Gold are available as Flat signature-print wholesale bundles at GH₵10 per piece.
Can I choose colours for a Standard Mix?
No. Standard Mix is prepared by Band Factory using colours currently in stock. Choose Custom Colour Mix if you want control over the exact shades.
Why does Custom Colour Mix cost more?
Custom Colour Mix gives you control over the exact colour quantities in your bundle and requires more detailed preparation. The final price is always shown before you add the bundle to your bag.
Can I order more than the listed bundle sizes?
Yes. Contact Band Factory for larger wholesale quantities and we will help you plan the order.
What is the difference between Smooth and Ribbed Hairbands?
Smooth Hairbands have a sleek finish and are available in Flat and Twisted styles. Ribbed Hairbands have a textured finish and include solid colours plus statement prints such as Cherry Milk, Navy Milk and Noir Gold.
Can I switch between Flat and Twisted Smooth Hairbands?
Yes. Use the Flat and Twisted buttons at the top of the Smooth collection to switch styles while keeping the colour collection easy to browse.
How can I see every version of a colour?
On the homepage, tap a shade in the colour section. If the shade is available in Smooth Flat, Smooth Twisted or Ribbed, all available versions will be shown together.
What happens when a hairband colour is sold out?
Sold-out options cannot be added to your bag. Availability is updated from Band Factory stock so you can see what is ready to order.
How do I choose a size for Tops and Sets?
Open the product page, choose an available size and select your quantity before adding the item to your bag.
What comes in the Essential Vest Top purchase?
Each purchase contains three vest tops in the same selected size: one black, one coral and one white.
What comes with the Second Skin Long Sleeve purchase?
Each purchase contains three fitted long sleeve tops in the same selected size: white, blue black and nude.
Will I see how many pieces are left?
Exact stock counts are not shown on the storefront. If you try to order more than is available, the website will let you know the maximum quantity currently in stock.
Where does Band Factory deliver?
Delivery is available nationwide in Ghana. Delivery timing and cost depend on the destination and are shown during checkout where applicable.
